Before you click on the entry form link, please make sure that you have all the following information ready:
PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR TEACHER BEFORE COMPLETING THE FORM IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF ANY OF THESE DETAILS.

- Personal details of entrant(s), including year of birth OR number of performers if you are entering a large ensemble.
- Teacher name and contact details (teachers will be copied into all correspondence)
- Accompanist name and contact details (if using)
- The full class number and title for each entry
- Are you entering competitively or non-competitively?
- Are you hoping to be eligible for recommendation to the National Festival?
- Full title and composer of each piece.
- The length of each piece – rounded up to the nearest minute.
- The fee for each class.

Please make sure that the email address provided in the personal details section is for the STUDENT (or their parent/guardian) as this will be used as the main contact for them – for example, for any queries, for programming. (This is particularly important if they are recommended for the Provincial Festival as there is a very short turn around time for programming after the local festival results are received).
